We loved our stay at 9Pacquis! The staff was very helpful. The location was close to the train station, which was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were amazing! The breakfast was very good. Our only disappointment was the lack of dining options nearby in the evening, but that was not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely return if I were to come to Geneva.

Very close to the lake. Property is in a somewhat sketchy area of town but overall felt pretty safe. Very clean hotel but rooms are very small. Very nice pool, sauna, hot tub in basement. Breakfast included every morning and coffee machine was always available. I'd recommend this hotel for a quick trip.

It was a great stay, the room was small but had all we needed. Great cleanliness. Only downside was that every time a door was closed on any floor in our part of the building it sounded really loud and influenced our sleep. Otherwise a good location and sufficient breakfast.

Starting with the good, it's close to the train station and the staff are very helpful. The neighborhood by the train station may look a little dicey at first, but we were out at 4:30am and it's safe. Our rooms were incredibly small. There was not room on the floor to lay open a medium-sized suitcase! There is not a separate bathroom - there is a sink in the main room, and the shower and toilet are in small closets right off the main room! Everything was clean and comfortable, but these rooms were just too small for us. The elevator is tiny, only enough for 3 people, or 2 if you have suitcases.

Overall would not recommend staying in this hotel. The room was clean, and check in staff were friendly, but from there it was not a pleasant experience. The hot tub was cold for the entire trip. The “gym” consisted of one cycling machine and one treadmill. The minibar snacks were nonexistent but listed on the room menu as well as drinks that could not be made and the bartender made really offensive jokes about Americans to an American under the guise of banter. Also greeted as a “gangster” in one instance when I entered the hotel. Apparently his playful take on gun violence in the United States.
