We went to our room and discovered there was no light in the bathroom and the TV did not work. Called and they gave us a order number but it was one a.m. before they came to fix the TV and never fixed the light in the bathroom. They also took our deposit which is so wrong.

Horrible stay!
I showed up late in the evening around 11:30 p.m. There was no one at the front desk. After 10 minutes or so and after I called, someone showed up at the desk. But they would not let me in! This happened three times over 20 minutes. Finally, he let me in. He had a terribel attitude. I will never stay there again.

Worst hotel ever!!!!
Dangerous property!! Wouldn’t take my wife near it. Room only had a bed and one little table(nothing else) doors were off the cabinets. People setting in the parking lot drinking beer. Felony in front might before. Obviously we did not stay. Have contested Charge. Any hotel chain should be ashamed to have there name associated with this property!!!!

Probably my worst stay in a hotel ever…
The property looked old and dated and was full of long term tenants as well as people living out of their vehicles on site. Homeless making loud noise in the courtyard all hours and sitting on and eating off of guests vehicles. Had to park near the street because every parking spot was full in the courtyard. The whole time for my stay not one car moved. Front desk told me at check in they were housing homeless in a program there. Amenities were near none, just a small wobbly table and two flimsy chairs besides the bed in the room. The fridge in the room didn’t work, holes in the wall, only one light for the entire room, bathroom dirty and mold in the room. Hot water valve broken, I asked to be moved to another room of available but told I would need to pay more even though I prepaid my room. There was no at the desk when checking out at 830am and the front door locked. Just dropped my key in a box and left, terrible stay. Didn’t leave a one star review because I at least had power and running water. Area around the hotel was fine but this place is run down.

Arrived to find our room dirty. Front desk wasn’t answering our calls so we had to go back to the office. On arrival the desk person said he can’t give us another room, couldn’t clean it, and said we had to find another hotel. Wasn’t apologetic, helpful, or hospitable in any way.

The property felt unsafe from the very beginning. By the time we walked up the dirty stairs to the room past unsavory characters, the room itself was moderately acceptable until we looked for the wifi codes and did not find them. We tried to call the front desk and the phone did not work. We then read the points on the key holder; four of them. Make sure you lock the door and three others all basically saying crime is a problem in this area. We walked back to the car, which was filled with stuff we were moving, and drove to the Holiday Inn for the night next to the I70. So for us, it was a complete waste, but at least we felt safe.

STAY AWAY!! The room I was in had cockroaches. It was dirty. I was locked out of my room thankfully the security guard was there to let me back in as the front desk was closed!! The staff were horrible. So again DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Crachheads roaming the parking lot, hanging around the entrances. WiFi constantly out. Hot water broken almost daily. Staff were friendly but that doesn't cut it. Terrible property. Never again. Drop them from your website.
