Not so hot ! ! !
We have stayed here many times in the past with no complaints. When we came there this time, the room that we were given had all the lights on when we first opened the door and the cover for the air conditioner was laying on the floor along with one of the covers from a heat register. We were moved to a another room and the heat didn't work in this room, luckily I work with this type of heating systems, so I fixed it, also the toilet seat was really loose. This room was pool side on the 2nd floor, which I didn't like because of the noise that always comes with a pool side room, and this was New Years Eve and there were people in the pool room until at least 1:30 AM. Went down for breakfast one morning and the hashbrowns and sausage that were served should have been thrown out instead of being served to the public. We were a little disappointed with this stay. I'm not a complainer but some things need some attention.

When I got to my room My key card did not work. When I got in there was no bedding on the bed. No pillow cases and the rest strewn on the chair. You could not control the heat and they had it set so high. I like it cooler so I can breathe easier. I ended up sleeping with the window open to cool it down. It was comfortable bed and breakfast was great. Front desk person was very nice.

Cheap but Disgusting
This was a room that was booked with my 80 year old mother and my two grandchildren ages 1 and 4. First of all there were holes in the curtain, we found chicken nuggets and fries along with tons of crumbs in the drawer of the night table, we had the thermostat set at 90 and still were freezing due to the AC unit not having a cover in it and cold air coming in and desk could not find one, there was no plug for the tub and one could not be found, pool area was dirty gum and garbage in ground and hot tub disgusting. Was offered to move to another room but would have been to difficult with everything we had for my mom and grandkids

The staff all were extremely kind and helpful especially Mo at the front desk. The room was comfortable and the beds were very soft. The hot breakfast was so convenient and well cooked. I would stay here again and would recommend highly to friends and family. Thank you for all you did over the two weeks we were guests!!

Wonderful friendly staff. Very accommodating.
I have stayed here many times this year and notice that the staff works very hard. They are always friendly, professional and welcoming and have accommodated what I needed at every stay. Rates are great and breakfast is cooked to order and hot. Thank you Days Inn Bismarck staff

This was a horrible experience. My friends and I booked a couple of rooms for a stay before catching an early morning flight out of Bismarck. First, our room keys didn't work. We had to tromp back down to get new keys. The staff seemed to know this was a common problem. Then my friend's room did not have working a/c, so they had to change rooms. The new room was decrepit, dirty with peeling wall paper, and a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling in pieces. When I tried to take a shower, I discovered the shower wasn't working. The staff person said, "Well, I suppose I can give you a different room." Eventually, he brought up a key to another room on another floor. No one offered to help me move all my bags. Just handed me a key and left, without hardly a word. The new room, although the shower worked, was in worse shape. Dirty, cracked walls, ceiling panels coming apart, filthy bathtub and bathroom - the type of uncleanliness that comes from long-term neglect, not a botched cleaning job or two. The a/c and heat was noisy and difficult to adjust. The security door would not close, allowing anyone strolling by unfettered access to the hotel hallways. I thought Wyndham was a name I could trust. I was wrong. I was just looking for a clean (strike 1), functioning (strike 2), safe room (STRIKE 3!) room for the night. Never again. I would have better off sleeping in my car.

The only thing positive about this property is the staff this is a disgusting hotel I do not recommend, I spent hours driving to arrive to a room nothing like the photos animal stains everywhere, black mold on the shower curtain just an overall bad experience I am very unhappy

The Ship is Sinking on This One
The last tine I stayed here i noticed a difference. I used to think this hotel was great! It wasnt a luxury place but good enough and above other hotels. Nowadays its starting to see some wear and tear. This time i had a 2nd floor room. Door B doesnt lock up. Room was clean, comfortable enough. My room didnt have a fridge but thay could have been an oversight on my part. The stairs going up to my room, i could feel a couple of them move while walking on them. I also noticed a price increase. When i could pay this same amount for a jacuzzi suite room before this trip. The check in process was fine..however they only did one night on my key, i was staying 2 nights. Only got 1 hot breakfast slip- but i didnt use it anyway. Just thought it was odd. When my key stopped working i understood why. I was hoping my last stay here was just one of those days. After this trip...its wasn't. Unfortunately this hotel is going down hill. It needs renovations and maybe some updates. Kind sad to see. This was a favorite place to stay for me.

We expected a smaller room and fewer luxuries because of the low price, but in the first room the a/c wouldn't work. Second room: key wouldn't work, even after trekking back to the lobby three times in an attempt to activate the key. Third room: finally one of the two keys worked.

Hotel has some natural wear and tear, but some were inconveniencing such as the lock on the door not releasing so you have to insert your card several times and then lift up on the door itself to enter.

Inexpensive but definately some riff raff people around building. 1 was living out of car. 2 homeless came in to get hot coffee and napkins but sitting outside building cold. Breakfast cooks music so blaring loud couldn’t sit in breakfast area to eat. Not everyone like Rap.
