I had a great stay the property was very clean and it was very quiet and the price was reasonable. When I checked in I inspected the bedding and the sheets had stains on them and the toilet handle was broken you had to flush a certain way and the water fill up was noisy and had to jiggle the handle to make the sound stop besides that my stay was good.

I stay here every time I come to Washington DC to do research. It is very close to the Huntington Station of the Metro. The room is nice for the price but no frills. I've stayed in the same room twice. TV had a lot of snow, which they tried to repair and made it better, but not great. Channel selection is minimal. There is a breakfast, but minimal. Hot is waffles only.

We had a nice stay here. Only issue we felt was that there was some smell in the room, the one you get in very old properties. Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was ok, plenty of car parks, good location; 20-30 minutes drive from DC. Overall, we had good time here.
