Not that great of an experience. Touch points such as outlets and light switches were covered in filth, the inside of the bathroom door has brown splatter marks from something gross, the bathroom shower drain was clogged. The floors felt gross on your feet, the trim was very much not finished and a lack of routine maintenance on appearance of baseboard trim and crown moulding as there were scuff marks, dirt, and uneven moulding and trim. If I expect to pay around 200 a night, I expect to pay for something that's more desirable and clean rather than run down feeling. I spoke with the general Manager about these concerns and issues. Hopefully a refund of sorts can be headed my way soon, as well as a redirection in their maintenance/ cleaning staff. I'm not one to leave unhappy reviews, but I as a consumer was genuinely unimpressed especially since this is supposed to be a historical building. You'd think there would be more pride.
