Disappointed in the stay
We were disappointed with the stay; it made the short vacation uncomfortable. Upon first arriving we were given key cards to a room that had been occupied and was not clean yet; the front desk clerk said there was an error in the system sometimes and they are unable to see the rooms that are ready to be assigned to the people that are checking in and instead given the rooms that are already in use. The next room we were given had a broken sliding door and a pipe was left on the window sill. Aside from that, the cards stopped working several times and we were only on the property for a day and a half. The cards gave us lots of problems entering the hotel room and in the first full day the card did not allow us to enter the building through the side. We had to get replacement cards. The room itself was not very clean either.

We arrived and nobody was available to check us in. We waited at least 10 minutes for the one person working made it back to the desk to check in several of us who were waiting. We stayed two nights and our room was not cleaned during our stay. Had to go ask for clean towels and take our own trash out. Old dingy place , like putting lipstick on a pig. The pool was closed ! They never informed prior to or after booking that the pool was closed. The rooms need to be updated and cleaned . They had limited staff members and housekeeping was not up to par.

Bathroom wall paint was chiped in a few places, empty hardware on the same wall should have been removed or new hardware hung,no lotion in the bathroom, carpet needs to be replaced and front desk clerk struggled. Overall the hotel was in poor condition. I would not recommend it.
