Stay somewhere else
There are too many other choices in the area to stay here. We wanted to stay close to the airport for our 6am flight and the price was right. I failed to notice there was a $6 per night fee to leave a car parked there which made the price less of a deal. There are much nicer places to stay with free parking. The clerks were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was old and dated. The blind in our room didn't cover the whole window and the curtain was sheer. We were also on the ground floor and anyone in the parking lot could see in our window. The bed was uncomfortable but the bathroom was clean. The shuttle areived on time but the driver drove recklessly. He drove excessively fast and slammed on the brakes. Not an enjoyable ride at 3:45 in the morning.

The staff are amazing at the Quality Inn, very down to earth, enjoyed the conversations about Pittsburgh, simply put a true hidden gem 12 miles from Pittsburgh! Quiet area!

Great for the price inc. free airport shuttle!
The hotel really needed some updating but the room was clean and just what I needed for a PIT flight turnaround. The breakfast was the standard offering with a waffle maker station. It was a bit noisy on the road side of the hotel but all in all it was a great stay. The hotel to airport shuttle was fantastic for the price. They were prompt and easy to find when flying in to PIT! Would stay there again!

Good hotel for the money
Staff was very friendly. Hotel is very old and needs an update. Floors squeak when walking no usb ports in the rooms. Pretty clean in room. The good is it’s quiet,breakfast is good lots of food choices and they have hot food eggs ect. Good place for the money. If you want nicer you’re going to spend much more. I went for a Steelers game and it was easy to get to the stadium grime there.

Outside lock was broken & ONLY found out when I brought it to their attention! The breakfast was inedible. The key to the room had to be replaced 3 times. Our first hotel room had a noxious smell to it. We had to move to another room. We choose this motel based on Expedia’s high ratings that were false. It seems clear to us that no one inspects these properties. We will NEVER trust or use Expedia again. And we will share our horrible experience on social media with family& friends and will encourage others from using Expedia’s service!!

Slept with one eye open and all the lights on
The room carpet had not been vacuumed in a while, wood chips on the floor from corners of furniture, stink bug, paper lantern bug, night stand on top of extension cord, visible wiring, broken electrical plate, 1st floor room with blinds and curtains not wide enough to cover window that faced parking lot, light fixture in bathroom too small for home in ceiling, no bathroom vent, stains all over bed coverlet, lights were actually old lamps with old fashioned turn knobs, with door shut I could see into the hallway because of a gap running down the length of door. Cigarette's burn holes all over sink, wad of hair in bathtub drain, complimentary toiletries had been used by guests before me, did not want to to use mouthwash that someone else’s mouth had been on.

Needs a good cleaning
The room was dirty! It wasn’t vacuumed. The white sheets had stains on them. The main comforter had stains on them. There was human hair all over the room/bathroom. Toothpaste on the walls. No fans in bathroom. The stairwell to go to the 2nd floor was very dirty as they do not have an elevator.

There are two sections of this hotel. One is a very nice hotel which is what all the pictures are. Those rooms are limited. The second is a dirty motel that probably used to charge by the hour. Go somewhere else.

Not exactly property but the candy in the vending machine in hallway was so old the chocolate had turned white and chalky and tasteless. We bought 2 different kinds and they were both well past “best by date”. Restock the candy machine, the chips were fine.

The lady at the front desk was nice, but the room was outdated and not very clean. The price was good and the location was good for catching our flight. Breakfast was included but we left early so didn't get to try it, and there was a free shuttle to the airport, so if it hadn't been for our room I would have given it a lot better rating.

El hotel fue de lo peor que me he hospedado en EU, la habitación se cae en pedazos, cuando llegamos a la habitación el baño había sido usado y estaba sucio, le avisamos a la recepcionista y solo se limitó a decir que lo iba a hablar con su gerente, el golpe a viejo es evidente y la falta de mantenimiento aún más, con cortinas desgarradas y sucias y con tapices de las paredes despegados y en algún momento se ve que quisieron reparar el plafón y lo dejaron sin pintura, dándole una pésima presentación en general, las dueñas del piso sueltas, al grado que pisas en un área y se mueve al otro extremo generando con esto ruido excesivo, cuento con fotografías de todo esto que describo
