I prepaid and booked online and when I arrived I was devastated because I was told I had to go find more money or borrow 15 dollars because they did not honor booking from hotel.com even though I had a reservation already paid. After I found the money I paid the what I felt was illegal and wrong extra money so we would t be on the streets because we had just drove 7 and 1/2hours, we then were told we were getting an upgraded room. There were spider webs longer than the wall, roaches, spiders in every corner, bigger than I have ever seen in my life and I have pics, the walls had what appeared to be feces on the, the microwave had a croissant in it that had been left so long the smell almost knocked me out and the old food flies that few out the microwave got all over me and my guest, I went to the office and was told to sit there with the flies and he will send housekeeping. I was outdone! Housekeeping came and sprayed bleach in the microwave, not bothering to kill the flies, also not wiping the bleach out after spraying. I also have pictures of this! The rest of the walls were filthy and there was not an upgrade Insight the second lie that was told by the front desk clerk. I could not do the spiders and roaches so I begged for another room because he told me they were out. He said he didn’t have anything. After he left a new desk clerk assure me if I gave him another two hours he would have something cleaned by then. 5043306128…. Do not stay here! Online is deceiving,infested
