The a/c controller is new but it dosent mean it is good!
We set the temperature as people normally do: set it and leave it. But this one is not like that: we set it at 65 for sleeping but it jumped to 72 after few hours at night! We were sweating! We woke up and set it down again to 65 cool but it droped to 55 in few hours! We were freezing! We did few time like this and the sweet night was gong!
I went to the front desk and reported the issue when checking out. The bellman is the only one there. The first question he asked was: did you call for the service? I said no. He asked why don't you call and it needs few steps to adjus it. I said new controller should be easy to handle, plus we just wanted to sleep and don't want to make it a big thing to totally wake up and wait for someone to come in and after we tried few times, it was
almost morning!!! It is meaningless for us to all.
He again said you should call. I feel offended at this point and felt that he was blaming me. I asked him how he set up in his home. He said I just set it and go. I said, see, it is simple like that, right? If you tried to blame your customer, it is not good! You must understand that everyone is differnt, some people can adjust it but some not. If your new stuff needs few steps to adjust the temperature, why don't you put an instruction manual there for people to follow, instead of questioning your customer "why don't you call?" This is very rude! I will never live there again.
