We checked in late. The person working the night desk was not friendly or informative. This is an older hotel & not well maintained. Furniture in the room was damaged. TV was outdated. Elevators needed maintenence. Walls were paper thin. The guests in the room next door were smoking weed & the entire floor smelled(this is listed as a smoke free hotel) they were extremely loud late into the night. Because the desk clerk was unhelpful at check in, we knocked on the guests door ourselves to ask them to quiet down, since we had to be up early the next day. They quieted down around 2am.
Hampton Inns are usually consistent options, however due to the broken room furniture, dated amenities, poor service at check in, thin walls, etc I would not recommend choosing this location.
