Breakfast is great, so are the rooms and hotel. But the guest service is not what one may expect. Not oriented towards problem solving. They block credit from you card, so you can spend in the hotel and pay at the end. But registration takes too much time and last time the hotel unblocked the money after one month. Not acceptable! The Spa is poor for a hotel like this. The big Turkish spa/hamam smelled really molded. Meaning it is not clean. They do treatment for couples but in seperate rooms! Big disappointment on a special couples occasion. So some minors, 4 stars instead of 5.
