Will not be staying again.
We left a day early. Due to the constant noise of the elevator all day and night long. The smell of pot in the hall way. The bed being uncomfortable and the bathroom being a closet. I know it was rather cheap, but for down town chicago we expected better. No furniture in our room, no where to sit except the bed. No table. Very small TV. Tv stand/desser/fridge storage was all beat up. No extra blanket no laundry bag. Room was cold. Windows looked older than the hills. Now i understand that the buildings in downtown chicago are historic and may not have the same space and be a little different than other hotels. But this was not what we expected at all. Also when i checked out and said we were leaving early, the gentleman at the desk didnt care in the least. He acted like i was bothering him. We will definitely not be coming back to this particular hotel.
