Amenities closed and under construction
I got a phone call 2 hours before my stay there.. to tell me that their pool, sauna, hot tub is all closed. That's the only reqson i booked there. Then i get there and the floors on the 3rd floor are stained HORRIBLY and a whole end of the building is taped off with some plastic wrap. They dont have smart tv in room. Just cable with a hospital remote (you know the blue and white ones that hardly work)
Everything they provide for soap, conditioner, bodywash, all lemon scented (and conditioner dispenser was broken) like who the heck wants to smell like a lemon?!
They need to display they are under construction and that their amenities arwnt available. I paid a lot of money and i feel hipped. Never going back. Would jave been bice to have the option to kbow about construction before purchasing room. I really should have taken photos.
