We enjoyed our stay. 3 Palms is a great value.
We enjoyed our second stay at 3 Palms. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, overall condition of facilities is very well kept, room great, and we love the pool and hot tub area. It's close to good restaurants, shopping and hiking trails.

Great weekend trip
Stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. Odd set up with entry door into bedroom instead of living room, but not a problem for short stay. High marks for cleanliness and hotel upkeep. Clean room and comfortable beds, quiet HVAC. One of the nicest hotel gyms I have been in - clean, new equipment, and well equipped, with view over interior courtyard. Pool is heated, although not as large as pictures would have you believe - it's for playing in, not swimming. Hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hotel was well located for our needs and sale-priced well below others in the area. Food options are in easy walking distance. Great Mexican meal and margaritas at Victoria's.

Midwest Winter Escape
Great affordable place to stay with a fill kitchen, laundry, pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly. My one tip is to read the map for what must happen at check out. I asked and was told I needed to do the dishes or get a $25 fee. Not a big deal, but also not a normal request. It is written on the map but most people will miss it I fear, as they are focused on finding their room.

Cute room but switched our beds
It was a nice room but we booked a double queen/full beds since it was 2 adult females. We were switched to a king bed and pull out couch! Neither of us wanted to deal with the couch so we shared the king bed. I would have preferred my own bed.

Two night stay
The premise was nice for the money. The first night we were there the hot tub was out of order and it was a little too chilly to swim. The next night although the hot tub was functioning it had so much foam it was hard to enjoy it. The only thing I didn’t really like was the room not being cleaned every day. We did ask for fresh towels but I prefer having my room picked up and the bathroom scrubbed clean each day. Other than that, overall the place is nice. The beds were comfy too!

Cleaning & maintenance needed
I have stayed here before & had a great stay, however this stay fell short. We had the king suite with a kitchen. Great set up but needs improvement. As we were unpacking, a cockroach scurried out of the closet. I managed to kill it. The shower drain cover was removed & sitting in the shower. The drain needed maintenance as you could smell it while using the mirror, so we kept the shower doors closed. It had rained so we wiped up drops of water from the floor & they were filthy! Definitely needs to be mopped thoroughly after each guest. No paper towels for the kitchen so had to use wash cloths to dry dishes. Clean dishes in the cabinet still had water sitting in them from previous guests or housekeeping. Bedroom was hot as the AC circulated only in the living room area. Went to use hot tub outside & it wasn't functioning. Room not stocked sufficiently as I went to use a tissue & grabbed the last one. Only a half roll of TP. Obviously I can request more toiletries, but we literally just arrived & the room should've been stocked, cleaned & ready to go. Great location & restaurants within walking distance & safe area. Accommodations need attention. Especially when you pay for your entire stay upon booking.

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto porque el primero estaba sucio el baño y no se podía usar. En el segundo había basura en el piso, en el refrigerador y en las cortinas. Se las mostré a la recepción pero solo lo lamentaron… no fue una buena experiencia!

Good choice in NW tucson
Stayed here to save $200/night at the Westin only 5 miles away. Pretty modern update of a probably ‘80s structure and was clean, in good working order and comfortable. Several restaurants within walking distance (mostly brew and burger) as well as a breakfast place. My only gripe was the parking on the south side by my room was always full and I had to park on the north and east sides the three nights I stayed there.
