This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived to check in, I witnessed a family checking out early because their iPad had been stolen. That gave me serious pause, but unfortunately, I continued with my reservation—something I now regret.
The room itself was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. I found a pair of shorts left behind by a previous guest, which was unacceptable and unsanitary. Several lights in the room didn’t work, and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable—you could feel the metal bars through the thin mattress.
The worst part of my stay came the next morning when I discovered that my car had been stolen from the hotel’s parking lot. The hotel claimed the vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside, which is completely false. The hotel took no responsibility, offered no assistance, and showed no concern for the safety of their guests or their property.
After reaching out to Hotels.com, I was told the hotel still refuses to do anything. The lack of accountability and basic security measures is shocking.
I would never stay here again and strongly urge others to avoid this property. The risk is simply not worth it.
