I haven’t received my refund for 5 days after Comfort Inn credited and refunded to your company more than 15 days ago, and sent a confirmation email to both of us to support the approval and the refund confirmation. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with your quality of customer service. My cell number is (619) 666-8800 is time to stop going around and deviate the responsibility of refunding my money back and not trying to keep my money by creating an issue by sending several emails stating unsupported excuses why you’re are basically trying to just keep my money expecting me to quit trying to get my refund. Terrible customer service.

Barely adequate
The hotel has a single driving entry into and out of the parking lot off of a busy street so enter with care. When entering the parking lot and examining the building there are obvious signs of wear and tear. The CCTV system has been damaged or altered but looked like a blink camera put in random places. Was greeted when i entered the lobby and checkin was simple. I stayed on the 1st floor. The door to my room had obvious staining and was advertised as non smoking though a smell lingered. The latch on the window was damaged and the window opened all the way (good airflow but bad security). Trim pieces were cracked and seperating. The bed was not horrible and the linen appeared clean. The beakfast at 8 was barely adequate and the best option for me was the complimentary cereal. Overall the hotel served its putpose but for the price there are better options out there.

Gym NOT in SERVICE, same with Hot Tub & Pool
Pretty good, quiet place. Located in close proximity to a number of restaurants/shops. Only downside was that BOTH the pool/hot tub were closed due to maintenance, and same with the gym. A bit of a bummer because these were all factors that led us to choose this location… I think we have learned our lesson to just call ahead to ensure amenities are ACTUALLY being offered.

Decent room for a good price
Getting the TV to work was weird. Several sockets would not hold our chargers, curtains were wonky, rack above toilet was about to fall out of the wall. Other than those things - and they didn't really bug me. It was a comfortable room with a Jacuzzi tub that the staff upgraded us to without charge because their hot tub wasn't working. Great location too.

Room was great. Great price. We did switch because we were next to the sprinkler valve room which made a loud noise every ten minutes. They switched us no problem. The breakfast was not good. They ran out of forks. The waffle machine for some reason did not cook the waffles. I did a second waffle and left it in for five minutes and it was very cooked on the outside but still pretty raw in the middle. They ran out of coffee and when they brewed it again, they walked away and didn’t bother to come back. My spouse had to figure out how to assemble the carafe and put it back in its holder. The staff are very close by but didn’t seem to care to check on the breakfast area even though they were not busy. The very back counters where the corners are were filthy. They don’t seem to clean the very back of the counters - too hard to reach? Eggs were ok and sausages were very dry. We will go earlier next time to get fresh food. We went at 9am. The pool area was closed which was very disappointing.

Purpose of our trip was to use the pool, the kids were super excited to go swimming but after we checked in we were inform that the pool is closed and had been closed for 2 weeks already and not sure when it will reopen, they would not refund our entire stay, not worth the price we paid especially since we weren’t able to use pool, I was able to book a slightly cheaper place with a functional pool and newer room but further location than what we would like but was worth the drive since most of the hotels in the area prices went up significantly.

Don't stay at this dump. The first room smelled like sewage and the tv didn't work. We changed rooms and the second was worse. The mattress was gross and stained. The floors had debris and had not been vacuumed. The window was wide open and the room was cold, but it still smelled bad. The curtains were torn and starting to fall down. The light fixtures were dusty. We ended up leaving and finding a clean hotel. After a lot of back and forth with Expedia (and them with the hotel), we were denied a refund. I understand no cancelation policies, but feel there should be an exception for dirty rooms. We couldn't even get the front staff to come to the room with us to point out the problems, then they denied it all when expedia contacted them. We have some photos of the room, but of course, you can't photograph smell.

The only thing clean were the bedding and the towels. The walls down the hall were dirty. Every door was just filthy. Our room's door had a good inch gap between the door and the frame. The light switches were grimy. None of the carpet had not been vaccumed - drywall crumbs everywhere. No surface wiped down - dust everywhere. Our 5:30 am wakeup call came at 4:15 am. We will NOT be back.

A great place to stop for the night.
The Comfort Inn was an enjoyable stay. The space of the rooms are very open. It was renovated recently and you can tell if you've been there before and see the difference. I had some minor issues with window, but an easy fix. Highly recommended for solo/business travel.
