Title: Completely Misleading and Unacceptable – Demand for Full Refund
I am writing this review to express my absolute disappointment with my recent stay at [Hotel Maha]. The experience was entirely different from what was advertised, and I feel completely deceived by the photos and descriptions on your platform.
1. Misleading Photos: The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and lacked any of the promised amenities or cleanliness portrayed in the listing.
2. Unhygienic Conditions: The room had a terrible odor, the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in a deplorable state—dirty, unhygienic, and not fit for use.
3. Unprofessional Staff: The staff were rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to address any of the concerns I raised.
4. Unsafe Atmosphere: The entire place felt shady and unsafe, with workers who seemed untrustworthy and out of place.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager about these issues, I was brushed off with a dismissive response: “Talk to Expedia customer care, they’ll refund you.” This was shocking and unprofessional. Not only did the hotel refuse to take responsibility, but they also failed to provide any assistance or resolution.
This experience was an absolute nightmare—far below even basic hospitality standards. I am demanding a full refund immediately and urge your platform to reevaluate this listing to prevent others from being subjected to this appallin
