ROACH MOTEL
booked this room because we were in town for a cheer competition. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! first of all, upon entering the room there was stains all over the carpets, and all of the furniture was in a poor state. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, and a huge lump of hair in the bedroom and in our bed on the pillows. The walls are insanely thin, I could hear my neighbors conversations as clear as if I was in their room, no thanks to the half inch gaps under the doors where the two rooms adjoined. TV in the bedroom only had 4 channels, 3 of them were in Vietnamese. The TV in the living room area was fine. Last but not least, we saw SEVERAL roaches, big and small, in the kitchen and in the bedroom! We did not feel that it would be safe to eat at the breakfast buffet due to the roach infestation we saw in our room. We couldn’t wait to leave. Save your money, stay somewhere else.
Helen at the front desk was super nice and very personable!!! I wish the rest of the property reflected the same good vibes and lovely personality as her!!
