Hotel was great for an overnight stay. We really only needed a place to sleep near the event we were attending. Had all the amenities we needed, not fancy but comfortable. Located in decent area. Room was clean, not immaculate. Front desk was friendly but not necessarily customer focused. Pleasant experience.

Bad Experience
We checked in. The room was clean, but it wasn't welcoming. It was a cold ambiance. At midnight people tried to enter our room. The front desk had assigned another group to our room. After finding out it was occupied, the girl at the front desk came back insisting no one was supposed to be there. She made my husband get dressed go to the front counter & prove we were there legally. We packed our bags & checked out immediately. The only redeeming factor was the gentleman then on duty at the front counter was extremely apologetic & worked to get our entire stay refunded. He was exceptionally kind & gracious. His name began with L.
