Our stay at the Leesburg Clarion was ok. We had trouble finding the hotel as Google Maps did not like to address, but more importantly, there was no "sign" that easily indicated the hotel's location. After checking in a finding our room, we noticed that getting into the actual wing of the Hotel, was confusing, but we managed to find our way. After returning from dinner with friends, we had trouble gaining entry to the section of the hotel we were assigned to. Our key cards were not working, we tried several times and ended up going to the front desk for help. The individual working gave us two new key cards...however, they did not work....frustrated, we went back to the front desk, indicated that the cards still did not work on the door we need to get into. The clerk suggested that we use another door to obtain entry. Finally after two tries, we got settled into our room.....the issue that I have is that the Front Desk Clerk did not seem to be interested in the real issue with the door....an Alarm had been going off and that was the reason...all he was interested in was printing off different entry cards, rather that deal with the real issue. Not sure that I would ever stay at that hotel again.
