They were kind enough to let me check in late due to flight delays. Had an issue with my credit card. They couldn’t slide my card. It needed to be either a tap or a chipped card and my card was neither of those so I had to come up with a different form of payment which wasn’t ideal for me. We stayed at the hotel for five days after our third night there we found out there was no housekeeping services not even just to come and take trash out. I had requested an extra towel. Never got it. It took getting upset and complaining that the front desk for us to end up getting room service the night before we left. The morning after we checked in my husband went down for breakfast and all they had was coffee and a vending machine. Extremely disappointed. Booked the hotel not only because of price and central location for the event we were there for but as well because it said breakfast and it does not include breakfast at all whatsoever the night. The pictures that are on the website that show their breakfast area. Looks like it’s from a different hotel not this particular location locations dining area. The gentleman that checked us in, he was very nice. He seemed very nervous but kind. He listened to my ran team when I was upset and understood why I was upset but otherwise he was nice. He was kind. I do not recommend this hotel at all unless you’re only doing a one night stay. This hotel’s information on Hotels.com does need to be changed to reflect what they actually provide.
