The stay was ok. My kids noticed a bug in the ceiling when we arrived but because the ceilings are high I didn’t make a deal about it. I woke up at 3am to the same bug crawling on me and it bit my thigh and left a very itchy bump. My room also didn’t have an ice bucket or extra linen for the sofa bed. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent.

Best toiletries ever. They provide a lemon scented massage soap bar and a separate face bar. Both were creamy and hydrating. The scent was also amazing and fresh. The lotion was also super hydrating. The bed was very comfortable—a nice balance between firm and soft. The aesthetic of the room was amazing. Apart from the bed, there were several chairs, one that had a tray. The desk also has a pull out tray. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower was nice. The stream from the shower is intense, but it makes for a good massage and there is still plenty of water. There’s also a snack bar down stairs. Another feature that I loved were the automatic doors that open to the lobby. I had several bags, so that was a small but useful feature.

Great stay for the price
Check in process was quick and easy. The beds were super comfortable and the entire hotel was nicely updated. For the price paid it was worth it and we will stay again. It's not a high class hotel so don't expect that but for a 2.5 star hotel it is nice. The daily breakfast was great. The free EV charger was a huge plus since we drove our Tesla on this trip. The area is convenient and quiet.

Disappointing
Lady that ran the breakfast was very rude when she was told juice station was not working she acted like she did not care at all. She was heard telling another guest that breakfast would be closing in 30 minutes anyway and she was already in process of shutting it down.Otherwise decent hotel but seems like there always that one employee that only cares about themselves.

Unfortunately, our stay was one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel. We stayed for 2 nights and didn't have hot water the whole time. I alerted the staff and they said, "we're aware and we're working on it." However, we never got hot water. The air conditioner never completely cooled the room, it was constantly muggy. The air conditioner was also very loud and squeaky. I also alerted staff and they said they'd send maintenance up, but never did. The elevator was very scary. It jolted every time it took us to the 4th floor. The breakfast wasn't great either. I'd never stay here again.

Comfortable but no hot water
It was an okay stay. We stayed from Friday-Monday and the beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was good but that’s pretty much it. The room had a mildew type smell from the carpet and what killed us was there was no hot water. Had to take cold showers the entire time we were there. The elevator felt like it could drop at any minute would use the stairs from the 3rd floor because it didn’t feel safe at all. Was in a great area will say that.
