Worst hotel ever

The room was musty and smelly. The bathroom was very dirty a lot of mold around the tubs. Everything was terrible except it was five minutes from the hard rock casino

Avoid like The Plague (or you may get the plague!)

Absolutely disgusting. Bottle of water left frozen in fridge, bar of soap opened and broken in half, stains/spots on towels, all of which was missed by housekeeping prior to my check-in. The clerk on duty seemed to find this funny, but did replace the soap & towels (she made ME throw the frozen bottle away, refusing to touch it). She offered a room change, but when I asked if the other rooms were any better, she laughed again and shrugged, suggesting this was the standard for the hotel. Upon returning from dinner, I also noticed the bathroom sink was broken (the cold water produced NO water and the “hot” water never got warm). When I tried the bath water, I noticed how filthy the tub was (peeling, with black mold inside & out, and what appeared to be dried blood in the corner). There were also stains/spots on the blanket, and the only chair in the room was broken (if you sat on it, you might tip or fall). I returned to the desk; she still seemed to think this was funny, offered again to switch to a different (but also filthy) room and said someone would come check my room in an hour. The hour came & went with no staff arrival. The clerk laughed again and told me “maybe after midnight.” There was also a LOT of noisy p********ion activity outside the rooms & in the parking lot. I reported to the local non-emergency line, but the sheriff said they were “aware” of the p********ion AND d***-dealing at that location, but couldn’t do much. Refunded by hotels.com

I would never stay at this hotel ever. The room was poor. I am not sure what kind of pillows these room had, but they were the smallest and flat. Location was terrible. Other guest were playing loud music till after midnight.

Renovated, close to casino.

New bright light outside our window. Unfortunately the small curtain did not block out all the light during the night. The window needs a room darkening shade. The beds were comfortable. The bathtub and caulk were the only thing not renovated so it looked dirty. Refrigerator freezer had a buildup of frost. Reasonably priced for the amount of time we stayed.

Good stay for the price. Clean but a outdated

Stay was good for the price. It was a nice stay. The cleaning lady and guy were so nice. Had to ask them for help because i locked my key in room. They stopped what they were doing and come let me in but cleaned my room why they were there. They were really great. Place is a little outdated. My shower head leaked when turned on and water never shut all the way off . just a trickle which didn't bother me. The airrator on the sink was missing. So when you turned it on you got full pressure. There was burn marks on the tub but that didn't bother me either. Its a smoking hotel so you got to expect some of that. But no bugs and room was clean. I'm not a picky person so for me the stay was good for the price. I would stay again. Also the front office people were really nice too.

Worst hotel site ever!

The motell was filthy. The bathtub in room 107 has a layer of grime and dirt that has never been cleaned. The drain has a thick circle of rust. The baseboard has areas of mold. The bathroom door is damaged and cannot be closed. The motel has homeless living or hanging out on the property. The TV didn’t work well. Although they used my credit card to pay, they refused to give me a receipt showing how much had been charged. Worst motel experience ever experienced. Do not use Hotel.com. They are only interested in their referral commission and will list substandard properties to get it.

This place is a good candy for the health dept.

Certified disgusting! Booked a 3 day stay in a smoking room in error. Manager/owner adamantly refused to switch me to a non smoking room. The room reeked of mold and wet ashes. I got an immediate headache & nausea. I opened the window to air it out. Manager/owner was quick to come over & tell me to close it. I stayed it smells awful. He then adamantly instructed me to "close the window for your safety'. I questioned "am I not safe here!" He repeated to close the window to be safe! He would not leave until I closed it. Not cool! It was 4 pm, not the middle of the night! The overlay to the tub filled with water, while I was showering, felt like standing on a waterbed. A high safety risk! I lost balance several times. The steam from the shower brought out a worse smell of wet cigarette smoke! The bed has no padding, pillows go flat. I was so sick from the mold & cigarette stench I left a day early. Headache, nausea & body aches (symptom of mold) The manager/owner refused to reimburse me. I notified hotel.com who I use all the time, never complained to in the past, who did nothing. It's a terrible thing to experience all around. Even a smoker would be disgusted! If you still plan to book here, be sure to report your findings to the health department!
