When i git to the hotel they charged me an extra 25$ just to get in my room and blamed it on hotels.com. once in my room the key card didnt work i told the front desk. He said they will fix it in the morning. Next day he then said i have to wait until 1 for the room service to arrive. At 1pm there was no room service so i requested a different room. Not to mention the mold on the sealings of the hallway. All in all one of the worst hotel experiences every in my life i would never go back there again.
