Nachdem wir mehrere Meilen über eine Sandstraße fuhren und Nachts ankamen, wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Wir bekamen eine kurze Einweisung und eine Solarlampe. Jedes Zelt hatte unmittelbar davor seinen eigenen Parkplatz. Das Zelt war groß, der Boden innen mit Teppich ausgelegt und das Bett (2x2m) war sehr komfortabel. Die Nachbarszelte standen ca. 20-25m entfernt. Toiletten, Duschen und Waschmöglichkeiten waren sauber und gab es zentral auf dem Zeltplatz. Man ist mitten in der Natur und hat seine Ruhe.

for the size of the camp, three running showers is way too little and there should at least a couple or more locations for bathroom. The tents are fine as well as the bedding is of good quality.

Welcome woman Susan was amazing- really friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue is that there is no signage on the main Rd so it was difficult to find and the food truck was not open. Would have been nice to be informed of this prior as we were not prepared with alternative food/drinks. Also there was no facility to boil water for tea or coffee. There is a servo close buy abut they don’t have much.

Wander camp was pretty spectacular when it came to seeing the stars! The camp host, Will, was very friendly and helpful with information. The drawback for me was the lack of food. According to the website there was supposed to be a food truck for meals. No food truck so we had to drive quite a ways to get food. We should at least be able to purchase like a breakfast sandwich. Also there were no group activities as explained on the website. That said, the tents were clean and the beds comfortable, and I can't recall seeing the stars so bright!

The receptionist was so so nice and the atmosphere was amazing. Can recommend it to anyone who likes sleeping comfortably in a tent with really nice people around you. Would stay there anytime again!

Checked in, but after returning from dinner, another guest had deposited bags in our tent. Informed camp employee who would not check his list to work out who it was to contact them, and simply said we’d have to wait until they arrived back and he wouldn’t move their belongings out to their correct tent. Eventually sorted it ourselves without any help. Employee more interested in selling his wood than helping us. Beds uncomfortable and no extra bedding even though desert got down to freezing in the night. 55 tents, so +100 people and 4 communal toilets and showers, some of which were out of order. A horrid camp, ran to the bare bones and with hopelessly inadequate management.

Een leuke ervaring om afgelegen te kamperen doch in de buurt van de Grand Canyon. Er zijn plekken waar je een kampvuur kunt maken en waar je kunt eten. In principe kun je eten kopen op de accommodatie. Echter, bij ons had de verkoper autopech waardoor hij niet kwam. Dit is niet met ons gecommuniceerd van tevoren. Je rijdt best een eind van de weg af op een oncomfortabele weg. Het is dus aan te raden voor de zekerheid eten mee te nemen! De bedden liggen prima en de tent is erg gezellig. Te wc’s vond ik niet heel schoon, dus het is handig om een doekje mee te nemen om deze schoon te maken als je naar de wc moet.

Nice place, love the glampling. Not as nice as the Yellowstone wander camp location. Showers were pretty gross and the tents had some stains. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean. Would really like to see the property try to clean up some of the stains on tents and clean up the showers a little better. Overall a nice stay and close to the Grand Canyon!

Lieux pour passer une nuit, agréable, au calme avec un vue incroyable sur un ciel étoilé. Super après une journée au grand canyon. Seul point négatif : il n'y avait pas de food truck le jour de notre arrivée, nous n'avions pas était prévenu à l'avance donc il faut donc reprendre une longue route pour aller chercher à manger.
