Hot box
The building is dark and musty.
The rooms are musty
We had to ask the front desk for a battery for the tv remote because someone had taken one.
If I had to use a word to describe the hotel it would be dank or dirty
Booked a room for 6 people since it was only two nights. It was miserable.
The windows don’t open even a crack so there is zero fresh air. The thermostat is cheap and inaccurate and the through the wall A/C unit doesn’t bring in any fresh air.
Chipped up cabinet top on tv stand and you have to hold down the lid on the coffee maker or it turns off. Same cabinet has water damage non the Lower portion since obviously humidity cannot be removed
Breakfast was just yuck
One elevator so be prepared to wait.
The building smells moldy and if you have any issues with mold etc avoid this place.
The front desk seem disinterested in any kind of interaction.
How on earth the price on this room is this high is flabbergasting. A complete rip off.
Cancelled booking for after our cruise to the Hilton. Hopefully it’s a better pace before it’s actually cheaper than this place.
