Everyone needs a raise
I loved how they let ys get our stuff together and didnt pass judgment especially MJ he and the housekeeping were so good abd so was maintenance. They were very good to us. We were goig through something bad. Our company left us stranded there and they helped us as much as they could with everything. I applaud The hope that they gave us I like the way they treated us the rooms were clean it smell great it wasn't out of date things up in the room it didn't smell like mothballs it's not your typical smelling hotel the rates were great they just helped us so much they wouldn't above and beyond approach and none of this stuff not none of the front desk that have looked at us like we were not human like most hotels do they turn up their nose at you and they treat you really bad even though they don't know what you're going through and it was good to be around that staff when we were going through things and they helped us a lot with everything that gave us a late checkout it was wonderful for the most part I think of if it hadn't been for their patients we would have been more stressed out but I think them very much the whole hotel thank you.

I had to be moved from a king bed to two queen because the remote won’t work and no one knew how to fix it. In the new room you could hear the people above my room all night walking around. The maid came in and folded the bathroom floor mat but that was it, didn’t make the bed, didn’t restock anything. The only good thing about this place was the young man working the front desk in the evenings.

The room above me had people, maybe children, jumping on the floor until after midnight, and then again early in the morning. It was very loud!!! The door in the back, that needed to be used to get into the motel, didn’t work. They told me at the front desk that I would have to park my car in the back and then walk all the way around to the front of the motel to get inside. I told them that I would be parking in a Handicao spot, and walking around the motel in the freezing cold would be very difficult for me. The only answer I got was “The door doesn’t work from the outside”. They could have offered to open the door for me from the inside, so I could park and get right in, but they didn’t offer that. I had to walk from the parking lot in the back all the way around to the front of the motel in order to get to my room.

I understand you get what you pay for, but cleanliness & safety should be expected! I booked 2 rooms, upon arrival there were 2 other people waiting to speak/check-in… only the front desk person had been in the bathroom for some time. The woman standing in line presented a plate of breakfast food she found in her microwave, it wasn’t hers! This was the 2nd room they moved to, this set the tone. We were told ALL exit doors within the building do not work and that the only door to use is the main entrance. Parking is in the back of a long narrow building, so you would need to walk around the whole building to get in, which is extremely inconvenient, potentially unsafe, not to mention it was pouring rain! But good for us, BRICKS were used to prop open all exit doors, doors that are supposed to be locked for our securityl! Not okay! Then we take the smelly dirty elevator up to 2nd floor. I walk into my room and this is what I find; windows that don’t shut nor lock obviously, dust so thick within the credenza, next to the dirty fridge, there was a small child’s footprint in the grime! There was hair EVERYWHERE, the “lounge” chair was covered in stains! The cherry on top… the security latch was broken! As we left only 10minutes later, the counter chick was again in the bathroom. The next morning we checkout, the new attendant is again in the bathroom with music blaring. No breakfast food at 830am and the pool was closed, although I wouldn’t of usedy it! Absolutely unacceptable!!!!
