Our air was out in our room and no one would help us. We complained, again, on the last night of our stay and this is the first time someone gave any interest in helping us. Later, this gentleman told us he spoke with the GM and we would get that night for free. We did not have that night credited on our bill. When asked at the front desk why not, this gentleman stated it was because we booked through a third party. However, the GM should be able to take care of it. I still have not been credited this money and it has been 10 days.
