We did not request to have a room with an adjoining door so We did not like the fact that our room had one. Outlets on nightstand lamp did not work to charge phones. Couldn't find a guide on the tv for channel information. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

The elevator didn’t work and they only had rooms on the second floor the bed was hard as a rock and every time the heat came on it had a weird smell when I called down to the front desk I was advised that was normal and it would be better in the morning it was no better they had breakfast in the morning at 6 am which consisted of cold eggs I went down at 6am because between the hard bed people kicking the metal sheet under the bed making noise and being roomed right out side the dumpster opening and closing all night who could sleep. But the breakfast was cold eggs moldy bagels warm cream cheese and make yourself waffles that had no syrup I was less than impressed with breakfast. Also at best the shower water got to Luke warm I tried at many times throughout the night because I was up all night. The fridge still had drinks in it from the previous people

I liked how friendly the staff was and how clean and stocked the rooms were. Though something in the hallways smelled pretty musty. I didn't like how the elevator was not in use and I had to walk up and down the stairs as I suffer with neuropathy, but I was forwarded that it was the case. I really didn't like that the Jacuzzi was drained and the pool was dirty. I specifically chose a place with a pool and a Jacuzzi to relax after a long day of shopping and I didn't get that. All in all though it wasn't terrible, and the friendly staff really did all they could to make our stay enjoyable.

For positives, the staff was super welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast was good. Having to go outside and across a parking lot to get to the main lobby, pool and breakfast with littles was not convenient in cold weather. Hav in to get towels from the main desk for the pool was fine, but they were tiny. The jacuzzi wasn’t working. There was outdoor stairs (no elevator) to get to the room (a problem if you pack heavy) and now running up freezing from the pool with a small towel). The floor was laminent flooring (nice for cleaning purposes) but made the room cold and not as cozy. There was a spider in the shower and the bathroom felt more like a trailer washroom that hadn’t been updated properly and the paint was peeling off the walls and door. For $250 dollars, I had higher expectations. We visit the area every year and I don’t think I would stay there again. :( I wish I had better reviews for this property… I really wanted to like it.

Decent but overpriced
Room was very dated. Had some cobwebs. Bathtub was very discolored. Bed was nice and comfortable. The staff was all great. Just the hotel was dated. I guess i'd expect this room to be around $120 vs the $180 we paid. Also, the hot tub is no longer there even though it is advertised on hotels.com

Everything was fine, EXCEPT the TV did not have sound for FoxNews and CNN channels. When I asked the front desk about it they had no answer as to why. Very strange and ODD.

Staff were extremely kind, the hotel was very clean. However it’s showing its age, hot tub broken, noisy heater/air conditioner in our room, cracked window, paint missing on bathroom door, breakfast was lacking(toaster was broken), tv is old and out dated. Location was great right between the outlet mall and the main strip of frankenmuth. Overall I would stay again because the price was right and it was very clean.

The property was order than I expected but was clean and comfortable so no complaints. The staff was friendly. Extra shout out to the breakfast buffet attendant, Regina, for her exceptional friendly hospitality!! She was wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her.

Great rooms, quiet and clean. The pillows on the beds are ridiculous. They are tiny square pillows that have almost no stuffing and zero support. For $200 to $250 a night at a place that SLEEP is the primary use, the pillows should actually be pillows and not tiny square slightly puffy pillow cases. Honestly, the more I think about it, the more disappointed in this lack of a primary amenity at a hotel. NO STARS for the pillows....this amenity NEEDS ADDRESSED.

The facility is a typical mid level hotel. Very quiet, clean and has a great onsite bar for late night beer and munchies. The only issue, and for me this is big....the pillows on the beds are tiny square pillows with zero support stuffing. Our only typicka reason people get a room is to sleep. Pilows should be at the very least, a typical 20" x 28" standard pillow with some support...honestly I feel that queen beds deserve at least 2 queen pillows and kings deserve 2 king sized pillows. E tra pillows should be available too. 2 nights and spent over $400....I shouldn't have tiny useless pillows.
