Special Charm & Best Location
This was our 5th time staying at The Reefs over 20 yrs. 3rd Christmas in 6 yrs. Obviously we love it. Oh-it has quirks-things that make it feel comfortable and homey. The location is out this world. One of the most beautiful beaches you'll see and very safe for kids. The staff is very professional, never fussy...more "British" less Disney. We barely left the resort and found the food to be consistently good. There is a specific charm to this property and experience. The owner is very present and goes out of his way to make people feel welcome.

Stay was great. Everyone at resort was friendly specifically the cook with the colorful shirts and Charmaine the front desk lead. The food was good I would say the only downside was the WiFi it was very spotty and made it hard for us to FaceTime our children.

Amazing Clift top hotel on Bermuda.
The location on a cliff overlooking the turquoise water and white/pink sand beach was amazing. The lodging room was excellent and the hotel restaurants were some of the best we’ve ever experienced in our 50 years of travel visiting 47 countries. But what was most incredible was the incredible customer focused service we received from virtually every employee. It was absolutely superb!

Just enjoyed 5 days at The Reefs over the Thanksgiving break. The service was excellent, loved the breakfast buffet every morning. A huge plus is the amazing beach on property with the crystal blue water. Look forward to returning.

We went to celebrate our 40 th anniversary and it was a perfect choice !! Very serene atmosphere and the view was amazing from our bedroom . Best place to rewind and relax. Staff wee very friendly and polite and very happy . Have no complaints.

Staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful with every request. 3 restaurants on the resort meant lots of options for food, price was high as to be expected but quality was amazing and service was excellent! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaks, and of course the complimentary rum swizzles!

Everything was Awesome! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was great and good portions in all the restaurants. The pool and private (pristine) beach was extremely nice and plenty of room to spread out. Bus stops right out front of the resort and can take you anywhere on the island you want to go. We highly recommend getting the bus/ferry pass for your length of stay. Everyone was helpful (directions) in our travels, whether on the bus or ferry. We would tell the bus driver where we wanted to go and they would tell when you reached that stop. The only one thing that we found as a downfall is the railings on the balconies. They should be glass( like on their residents area rooms), instead of the vinyl. (They block a little of the Incredibly Great view of the ocean and the rest of the resort.) This isn't a reason not to stay here. We wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Ed K from NJ

Overall excellent. We were in 308 & bed rail was sticking out & we both suffered abrasions. Told your awesome front desk staff so I am sure they took care of it. I would pay to have the seared scallops recipe from Aqua Terra. Kudos to all the waitstaff front and back. We will be back.

This resort is amazing!! We've been here 2 times now and loved it. The rooms all have beautiful views of the ocean and cliffside. The beach is private and in a cove-like area, so its perfect for snorkeling - which the resort provides equipment for. There are 3 restaurants, breakfast you can choose either a buffet or from their itemized menu, and there are 3 slightly different dinner menus. The Coconuts restaurant is close to the beach and has a bar for afternoon beach drinks and food, they also have dinner here that offers a beautiful ocean and sunset view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort is short 20 minute drive or 40 minute bus ride to the Royal Naval Dockyard. It is walking distance to Church Bay Beach and Horseshoe Bay. I highly recommend staying here - it is truly relaxing & will make you feel at home!
