Horrible experience
Very loud at night. Troy at Front desk said he would address it but never did. It was after 11 when I told him. Yelling, loud stomping & slamming doors went on for hours.
A senior who was staying obviously handicapped and need handicap room was told by Troy he wasn't handicapped and didn't need room the room they reserved which was handicapped. We met them there in the morning.
Remodeling breakfast room. Breakfast was in meeting room. No tables to sit at although tables were visible in other room and they had some chairs stacked.
Only had half of stuff that would normally be at a Comfort Inn for breakfast. No cream cheese out for bagels. No yogurts, oatmeal, hot chocolate or anything.
It was a complete and utter joke.
No juice or beverages other than coffee. I asked about them putting a pitcher with ice from ice maker and filling with water out for people. Response was we sell water $2.00 a bottle.
This stay was a BIG disappointment.
