Had a great stay , very secure property across the road from the metro station. Self catering apartment very clean. Asked for an ironing board and iron and it was in the room on our return from sightseeing. Nothing too much trouble helpful and friendly reception.

Good hotel but major communication flaws if needed
This is hard to evaluate. The positive - convenient location for me, clean, spacious, all the necessary equipment. The not so great - which is not the necessarily the fault of the hotel - there was a party from other guests until 2 in the morning. It shouldn't be up to other guests to remind others about quiet hours and how to behave in hotels. This is accelerate by the shockingly bad automated check-in experience - no person, just a computer and the stepped process was not clear and faulty. No person to ask question and if you have multiple people checking in it takes ages. Furthermore, you only have a phone number to call when you have problems with other guests. In my case they triggered a fire alarm and had a party. This could easily be avoided with having staff on site. I don't like to give this hotel a bad review as it is a good place to stay. But this lack of personal and noise is a downer.

Pago el aparcamiento y no funciona la tarjeta llamas por tlf para comunicarlo y el 1 me cuelga a los 12 minutos el siguiente que me contesta me da el código de un cajetín que hay un mando pero el domingo no está el mando me abre una chica de la limpieza y a la vuelta casi dos horas esperando a una solución ya que no estaba el mando después de 3 llamadas la cual la 1 otra vez me cuelgan a los diez minutos un chico me avia contestado y me vielve a colgar las dos siguientes llamadas me dicen que me ira alguien a abrir el porton pero me llaman a las dos hora casi para darme un codigo de otro cajetin para que pueda abrir el porton del parking un desastres el tema del parkin y la habitacion pago una con terraza y no hay terraza .me engañan una vez pero no mas .ademas la recepción esta abierta de lunes a viernes hasta las 17 horas por lo que la quejas son por tlf o sea que no les importa mucho la verdad.lo dicho no vuelvo mas a este sitio

Bastante bien.
Es un apartahotel fabuloso, sin embargo el metodo de check-in no me gusto mucho. Los empleados muy atentos y muy agradables eso si. Recomendaria llegar antes de que se vayan para hacer en persona el check-in El parking muy bien. La zona es muy centrica y con cercanía a sitios de interés. En definitiva, volveria.
