The stay at Camino Real was beautiful. The amenities are new and the rooms were really comfortable and big, they even offered us a 3rd bed inside. The location is amazing, there are multiple delicious restaurants and malls nearby. Totally recommend it. The only thing I will point out is the staff at the lobby weren't too friendly.

Overall stay was great. There is only valet parking available, so not too convenient when trying to explore the city throughout the with your own car day. Also, breakfast is not included with your stay. Every other time I stayed in Mérida, typically continental breakfast was included in room rate.

Bell man was great. But there was a stend in the first room so we got changed. Then the new room had urine on the toilet seat we had to call someone to come and clean. The pool area only has two umbrellas and it is a rooftop. That is poor planning. The food was not great either. For a supposedly 5 star hotel it felt more like a 3.5 star. Just ok

La limpieza impecable, los blancos quizá un poco de suavizante no vendría mal.. las camas son de soporte suave, yo las prefiero más firmes pero están bien. Al igual que las almohadas, el AA muy bien, la pantalla de buen tamaño creo de 50” con programación en HD muchas gracias!! Batallé un poquito para entenderle a los apagadores de las luces. Los amenities ok, el baño pues la verdad si hace algo de ruido!! En la noche hasta despierta.. el servicio en el check in fue muy básico, en la mañana la recepción del restaurante un poco apática la hostess, a lo mejor porque estaba lleno y tuvimos que esperar poco más de 30 min. la comida está bien hay variedad, una barra de jugos! Y antojitos regionales. En general muy bien.
