Felt like a bait & switch
When we arrived we realized that the room provided was not the room we contracted for. We were supposed to get a suite with a fireplace and balcony, the room we got had neither. The room was adjoining the other suite on the second floor and it was extremely noisy from our neighboring guests. We could also see their light under the adjoining door. When we asked about the accommodations being not what we were expecting, the property blamed Hotels.com and Hotels.com blamed the property. We were also disappointed when arriving back to the property in the late evenings that there wasn't designated parking for our building and we had to park at quite a distance from our unit. The property is very dated and my wife was disappointed with the accommodations.

Room was great. Freshly renovated. A hotel with a kitchen and bedroom? Basically this is the best place you can get unless you go Airbnb. Will definitely stay again.

The toilet ran constantly and the sink in the bathroom drips. Impossible to park near the unit. Returned at around 10pm in the evenings and there was no parking avaliable near our unit. Literally had to park blocks away!

Checked in and was directed to the “concierge “ for my keys. The was just an attempt to go though and sales presentation. It was 9:30 pm. Wasn’t really in the mood. Plenty of room for 4. (Sleeper sofa). 1 mile away from CW.

I didn’t like the timeshare staff Rafa and his dishonesty, mis-leading/mis- information about the mandatory timeshare tour during our stay and with the future trip(3day-2night) and the 8 day 7 night. He said I would get All trips up front upon arrival and my 40$ will be refunded after I show up and check in( Not true) He also made it seem another associate was his manager to make it seem like we’re getting special favor( Not true) welcome center staff said go back to patriots place to get refund( not true) went back to welcome center to talk to a manager to be properly educated on all the un-truths told. We asked for a refund and he accepted the task& completed. Patriots place your manager told associate she will not and can’t refund $$ because they can’t break the rules

This facilities were easy to locate, and prior to check in, communication was great, Check in was easy, and unlike some folks have reported, we didn’t get a hard sell to go to a timeshare presentation. Our condo was clean and the kitchen had all utensils we could need. I do wish there had been some extra blankets other than the ones to make up the sofa bed). It was Thanksgiving weekend and they even left a disposable roasting pan. The only negative was that our building had a strange smell (like something was dead under the building) which we reported twice but nothing was done about it. Our family was in another building and it didn’t have the same smell, so I really think it was just a fluke, but it was unpleasant. The grounds were great and the staff was very helpful with supplying basketballs, ping pong balls, etc as needed. I would certainly stay here again when I’m in Williamsburg

The unit was spacious and quite adequate for our needs. Property is being renovated in 2025 and looked tired and dated. They really pressure you with the time share presentation. While optional, you feel somewhat obligated to sit through it.

Hate the sales pitch
The room was great. However, I absolutely hated the “hard sell” to attend membership seminar. At check-in, they basically wouldn’t give me my room key until I listened to a pitch on all the benefits. Then they called me every morning to try to sell me again. Really annoying, I probably wouldn’t stay there again. A shame because it’s a nice place.

Older property, nice comfortable bed. Cleanliness of room could be much better. We arrived to a half clean room, smelled of mildew and the all the drawers, cabinets, closets and even the hide-a-bed all wide open. Not a good first impression. However, the hard push by staff is what really turned us off. I have absolutely no interest in your timeshare program and was asked multiple times to reconsider including phone calls and text messages. Each time I said no the attitude got worse by the staff. That ticked me off big time! Oh and Expedia, they spoke horrible about your service telling us to always book directly.
