Nice, clean, new, excellent location. The breakfast, ok, but not that great. Given the many caffès you can skip this option. There is a close by church so it is often a bit noisy, and if the air condition is on heat mode, you also have to open the windows. So that is the only downer. But overall very nice establishment.
