Horrible
First came in there was no one at the front desk. I had to use the restroom, and they were locked. The housekeeping lady told me i had to wait for the front desk to come open it. After waiting for five minutes, I left to go find a restroom and came back. The one lady at the front desk greeted us by saying "yeah?" We were told the only rooms left were on the third floor and that the elevator was out of order. Trying to be funny the lady says we have stairs though. The entire hotel looked dirty and the room was freezing, even after turning the heat ro 80. The bed was hard and the comforter was almost as thin as the sheets.

Okay
This is my third stay here along with a group of friends. The outside had been repainted and looked great. Easy checkin. My "suite" turned out to be just a king bed room with a couch so nothing special. It smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke even though nonsmoking. Amenities okay but again nothing special. Breakfast was the same very day. Scrambled eggs and sausage and waffle available. Plain toast. Some hardboiled eggs or micro egg sandwiches would help variety. They failed to come back and clean my room one day after I told them when I was going out. However the place is friendly, convenient and okay for the price.

Not the best
We stayed here two consecutive nights in 2 different rooms. The hairdryer was not attached to the wall in the first room and immediately fell off the wall when used but at least it worked. It was attached by a tiny screw into the sheetrock. The hairdryer in the second room did not work and when my husband called the front desk to get a new one the young lady at the desk kept talking over him telling him to connect it to the plug on the other wall but this one was attached to the wall and it wouldn’t reach. This young lady kept talking over him and arguing rather than listening to a highly skilled older man about the hairdryer not working. We didn’t eat breakfast the first morning and wished we had not the second. It was not clean nor stocked. No waffle mix or napkins and when asked the young lady just responded with “if we have any.” Simply not a good experience other than check-in which was good both nights.

Was clean hotel but if in town visiting someone and that person comes and visit us at our hotel room be warned there quick to try to charge you extra for people not even staying the night had the employee calling up to my room constantly bothering my stay booked the room for 3 people cause that’s all that’s staying the night but just cause a person comes to see if we settled in the hotel okay they want to complain and charge and check in took me 20 minutes just rude service overall even the trainee looked scared to be trained by the rude employee
