El hotel está muy buen ubicado. Su personal es correcto. La limpieza es óptima. Es un hotel donde no aceptan dinero en efectivo, solo tarjeta. Sus habitaciones son mininalistas en diseño y decoración. Estuve en dos oportunidades y la primera vez me otorgaron una habitación muy pequeña; la segunda estadía tuve una habitación más cómoda (foto).

Modern chic hotel ... Is it too much?
Very techie hotel with lots of chic features. If your not into modern design, open floor plans, and minimal privacy in your room, this may be. A property to pass on. It is cool but you need to like this kind of stuff or it may be too much. Also, though the room process seems competitive, they charge you for everything ... Just because you have a coffee maker doesn't mean you have coffee ...that is $4 per pod/per cup for in room coffee. Has a wonderful pool area and bar, food was good and service was attentive.

Love this hotel in Miami, stayed here a handful number of times, but on this last visit, it was the worst room so far: the window view was straight into a concrete wall.

Interesting Hotel, but NOT for Seniors like me
This hotel was high tech and rather "unusual” for me. I think it would be enjoyed by the younger generation but NOT recommended for seniors like myself. The Yotel Receptionist made me feel as if I were interrupting her. She checked us in but no welcoming or helpful info. ELEVATOR CONFUSION: Don't enter the elevators and try to push the button to your floor. (There are NO floor buttons). You need to select your floor, tap card, then the elevator will assign which elevator for you to get into! We didn’t know this, the receptionist would not explain anything. We went for a ride to several floors since it goes only to assigned floors and a customer explained to us how to use the elevators. Later we saw other customers in the Lobby confused and asking how to use the elevators! SMALL ROOMS: The room we got: "Premium Twin Room" Like a cruise ship, if you need more room, you can slide your luggage under the beds. PRIVACY: Bathroom and shower has only blurred glass! You can see the other person on the toilet, but blurred. A little embarrassing if with just friends. ROOM LIGHTS: Also high tech and it takes a few minutes to figure out how to work the control panel. ROOM CLEANING: Is like "Pulling Teeth!!" Housekeeping is a daily service. After returning at 4pm, no service. Called and finally came at 5pm. Then towels were missing and it took two more calls to get our towels. There were also no towels when we checked-in, but it took only two attempts to get towels

Terrible customer experience
I recently stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to a marathon I was participating in. I was promised a free upgrade to a VIP room with a queen-size bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two twin beds instead. The room wasn’t clean, and the phone didn’t work. When I tried to resolve this, the service was nearly non-existent. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to retrieve my AirPods that I left behind, and no one from the hotel has returned my calls. Overall, a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Great stay!
Clean, friendly, confortable and good location. Very close to shops, bars, bayfront park. Good food and drinks in hotel bar, which also offers a weekday happy hour. Pool and hot tub is also great. Our only complaint is that the room was very light on towels, however, they did provide more when we asked. Also the toilet and shower are glass cubicals in the room so not as private as a full ensuite. Would stay here again.

GREAT HOTEL. SMALL ROOMS.
Yotel actually was a very nice hotel. The only thing that bothered me was there was no place to sit other than the bed. The rooms are small and I don’t necessarily like the twin beds, but it was a very nice hotel. Food was good. Drinks were good. I would stay here again just not in the twin room.

Hotel horrible hors de prix. A fuir !
Tres mauvais hotel, accueil deplorable, chambre non prete a l'heure. Donc on a eu la chambre à 17 heures et on doit la rendre le lendemain a 11 heures. Et ils demandent un supplement unacceptable si on remet la chambre apres 11 heures. Hotels.com avait promis un surclassement. On a eu une petite chambre à l'arriere pres du metro qui passe bruyament juste devant. Belle piscine bien chauffee mais accessible uniquement a partir de 11 heures. Personnel incompetant et surcharge. Impoli et inhumain. Tout ca pour 320 euros la nuit. Il existe d'autres hotels beaucoup mieux à Miami. Les photos sont trompeuses

Good location
Great location in downtown Miami with a good sized room. Only downside was that the air con was restricted and so overnight it was a little uncomfortable trying to sleep. Bar downstairs sells coffee and pasties, but I wouldn’t recommend as they were very overpriced and stale.

The hotel was very high tech. They did not have face towels in the room. The worst part was going to the bar, to order cofeee or food, they ignored the blacks but ran to serve other races as if I were not of importance.

Pessimo. O quarto parece mais um salão de beleza porque tem luz em toda parede do quarto e pior, coloridas. O banheiro não existe. Tem umas divisórias de vidro para separar o vaso sanitário, o que gera desconforto para quem vai usar. O ponto alto é que é bem localizado, fora isso a cama é muito desconfortável e barulhenta (range). Não voltaria a me hospedar.
