Shortly after arriving, we got our money back and checked out. The rooms smelt disgusting, the lighting with terrible, and the beds were dirty. Although the man showed us two more rooms to try and accommodate, they both looked and smelt exactly the same. He claimed it’s because they were “pet friendly” but that’s not the reason. We were there for a hockey tournament, and others we know were staying at that hotel and they had blood on their pillow and it smelt terrible too, go figure their room was NOT A PET FRIENDLY ROOM. Which goes to show that it has nothing to do with being a pet friendly hotel. He also checked out after one day instead of staying the 3 days he booked.
