I will never go back here
It’s a hotel that’s being run to ground. I have never slept on a worse pillow in my life out of eight pillows and two clean beds not one of them were comfortable. They were flat and hard. The breakfast in the morning had absolutely nothing you would expect to find. No bananas, no yogurt, no pastry choices. Waffles and two types of cereal.

don't f'ing do it
i called to see if i booked a room if id be able to check in that night (it was about 1 am) and i was told yes. i tell the dude ill be there in 30 min. i get there and he says im not in the system. so i showed the confirmation email. and he continued to refuse me. the room was nonfundable and i was not allowed to change dates. i will never ever book a room there again. $70 odd dollars just down the drain for absolutely nothing, besides getting lied too and having to deal with the rude front desk dude. 10/10 WOULD NOT recommend.

Not happy, dirty room
Not happy with the dirtiness of the room. There was sticky stuff on the desk. Hair all over the bathroom. Looks like they spent 10 minutes, didn’t wipe down and left. I had to call front desk to come and clean the counter. Told me it was sticky and it wouldn’t come off and then proceeded to clean it off. They also overcharged me for the deposit and only gave me back $50 of it and kept the other $30. I’ve tried calling a few times but no answer. I will never stay there again. I also want to add that the people above us were slamming the door for 2 hrs straight.

I like that there was at least one room available during a conference when all others were full. I did not like that when I first got there, I attempted to use the washroom after a four hour drive-and was told that there was a problem upstairs and I could not use the facilities. I did not like that upon walking into my room there was a stinky/stank odor coming from the room. I did not like that the face towel I went to use the first morning looked like it was used and dirty. I did not like that when I took a shower the shower was not clean, and the shower curtain had a musty/stanky/sour smell, like it had been there since the 1900's without being updated. It was rancid at best. I didnt like that when I first walked into the room, in the hallway there was a musty odor, almost like sewer smell. Then I get into the room and it smelled musty, and looked as though they half cleaned it. There was no way that I was going to even attempt to eat the breakfast that they offered with all the foul smells in the building and seemingly backed up sewage (that is what it smelled like everyday) On the last day, I did not like that I had to wait for the desk attendant person, to come to the desk and check me out. It seemed that he was more worried about finishing his breakfast (as that is the area that he was coming from)...He tried to tell me that I did not need to check out and that a receipt would be mailed to me. Overall, poor and I would not recommend anyone staying there

It was clean. The heater didn't cool the way we would like. The room was a bit warm. The person at the desk went a bit ballistic on a child when they accidentally spilled some coffee on the counter.

Dirty, drab, and in disrepair
Our stay was overall less than great. The photos of the property must not have been updated for at least 10 years. The whole building just felt dingy. The room smelled musty. The sheets and bedding were stained and ripped in spots. The sink drain in the bathroom was nearly clogged and water took forever to go down. There were stains on the carpet everywhere. The staff seemed irritated to be bothered when we checked in. The breakfast area looked abandoned. There was a waffle maker, juice, maybe one kind of cereal and a couple of yogurt cups. Overall, I booked this hotel because I've always had good luck with Microtel hotels. They're pretty basic, but can always count on them being clean and comfortable. That was not the case this time.

Never again!
Terrible customer service. Charged $5 for extra towels and were rude about it. Shower was dirty. Fridge froze items in it. Breakfast was almost non-existent. Will never stay here again!
