Todo excelente, habitación limpia y ordenada, muy buena atención en recepción y resolución de dudas. Sólo una pequeña observación: deberían darle mantenimiento a los controles de la televisión, los del lado de la cama no funcionaban, de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Me dieron una habitación donde no había aire acondicionado y me llevaron a otra dónde tampoco servía. Además de que en mi instancia nunca fueron a cambiar ni siquiera las bolsas del bote del baño. Me respetaron la reservación y en las noches no podía dormir por el calor y las habitaciones que quedaban disponibles era el mismo caso de que no servían los aires acondicionados.

El personal es muy amable y la habitación muy limpia, así como el estacionamiento muy seguro, llegué en moto y todo bien. Lo malo que podría encontrar es que hay gente limpiando en la madrugada y eso puede llegar a despertarte y también las camas son un poco incómodas pero en general fue una estancia muy agradable.

Es un hotel muy elegante ,cómodo ,limpio y personal amable . Aparte tiene servibar pero lo que más me gustó es que tiene servicio a cuarto las 24 hrs , los alimentos bien preparados en cuanto a presentación sabor e higiene. Yo lo recomiendo en lo personal en cuanto a precio y atención.
