Great view, clean room, although weathered from the salt air, which is to be expected when you're right ON the water. friendly staff, perfect proximity to town but quiet at night. I was very happy with my stay!

All you need for comfy stay.

Bed was comfy, cozy, fresh linens. Balcony room allowed us to feel the cool breeze from the water made for good sleep. Although the screen needs repair and the blast from the early morning ferry was a surprising wake up. Might consider notifying customers its not a hotel alarm.

We arrived a bit early and still were able to check in and checked out at 11:30 the next day. Bed was very comfortable. The sea view is awesome. We also saw deer, bald eagles and early morning kayakers.

Room was very clean and in good condition. I stayed there before about 5 years ago and they seem to have made improvements. Location is good. Balcony room had great view of the waterfront. Will stay there again.
