"I love going to the Arizona Grand for staycations with my children. We celebrate summer birthdays at the water park! The staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is clean and comfortable. The regular beds are incredibly comfortable, but the fold out beds are ridiculously uncomfortable! Anyone who is relegated to a fold out bed in a suite will sleep on a thin mattress with hard springs. I pad them with blankets to make them workable."
"This was a great stay. A bit impromptu with family joining from out of town. It passed the eye test for me, and was a comfortable stay. Spacious, and was able to lodge all members in the same building. All around great experience. I will visit again in the near future."
"Everything was great…big 5 stars for the entire staff!!!
Everyone was super friendly and seemed to go out of their way to give excellent customer service!
The only issue (which didn’t bother us on this particular stay, but could be a problem for other customers) was it sounded like some kind of construction or maintenance was being done in the room above ours. We were allowed an early check in so that day was totally acceptable, but the following morning the noise started at about 7:40…we were already up and preparing to leave, but if someone were trying to sleep in, that just seemed a bit inconsiderate.
Besides that we had a totally amazing stay, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends.
