Charged for a chocolate that we never even eat.
I and my family stayed at hotel kapok for 7 days on 29 december 2017 to 5 january 2018 with 3 rooms (5515,5513,3311). The surrounding is great. You can find shops that sell winter apparels, restaurants which is very recommended and convinience store. Also the room is quite big since we stayed at courtyard room. Only 500 meter walk to forbidden city and wang fu jing area. First day until last day the service is good, even i got problem with the heater and door key. But everything was solved smoothly.
Until the time when we checked out at january 5, 2018 the good image of this hotel suddenly dissapeared since the front desk insist to charge room 3311 with a bill of december 29(which is our first day) for a chocolate that we never eat even touch it at the room.
I was really dissapointed with the service. I made a resume maybe the guest before us ate that chocolate and they didnt check it and they charge the bill to us.
Because we were in hurry to airport we paid the bill and we only can hope they can improve the management so there will no guest have same experience as we did.
