Amazing hotel. We have stayed many times and always have a fantastic experience.
Service was terrible fridge in room didnt wprk was told they would bring another right away and didnt. Tub had mold and grim in it. Couldn't even get a drink at the hotwl bar bc they were "fully booked." Terrible experience!
Mostly everything about this stay was very nice. However, it was a little bit disappointing. I had planned this to be a romantic valentines weekend getaway for my girlfriend and me. I paid extra for certain amenities. Unfortunately our room was booked right next to one with a couple of screaming children and we could hear everything. I’m not sure if it was the layout or just if the walls were incredibly thin. But it actually sounded as if they were in the same room as us. We could hear everything. We heard them yelling as soon as we checked in around 5pm. We went out in the city and luckily when we returned late they had stopped. But had started up again the next morning around 6:00. I know it’s not the hotel staff’s fault. And as I said, everything was fine on that end. Just can’t help feeling a tad disappointed considering I paid over 300.00 for what I was hoping would be a quiet and romantic getaway in a luxury boutique hotel.
Escalator squeaks, lobby chilly, refrigerator in room didn’t work, no ice bucket, no hot water for a shower on our second day
Our stay was very nice, they said we booked a room on the lower level, we booked a high floor and they rectified it. Beautiful views from the 14th floor

The water from the tub was a little brown seemed dirty. Not enough lighting the hotel lobby & room
The place is very old and dark and depressing inside. It’s not worth the money. The staff was rude and I had to ask 4 times to have a coffee maker in the room and never received house cleaning despite asking 3 times. I also paid for breakfast and but never received a voucher and wouldn’t give it to me There are better hotels nearby. Stay away!!!
There were guests at the hotel not abiding by Massachusetts Covid rules; not wearing masks, not giving 6ft distance to other guests. The fridge in my room was not working even though it was plugged in.
