I have asked for an upgrade of my room, because I am a Gold Member, but they gave me the smallest room on the executive floor and empty room minibar. I complained to another clerk and have received a larger room (quite good one) and filled minibar. However, next day, the minibar has not been refilled. However, I again complained and have received a couple of free drinks. Also, I have left request to prepare my room after 11.30 am, but nothing has happen for two days. I am upset that such simple things have to be done without any complaints from myself!
