Horrible Stay. 0 Stars. Avoid
I booked the hotel expecting top quality service. Usually that is the case with Radisson. Instead, I was confronted with constant issues.
1)Shower drain clogged; my feet were in puddles of water while showering. The photo attached is 10 minutes after using the shower.
2)No air conditioning or operable windows in the rooms. The weather was hot and the room temp was in the 80s, I could not sleep at all since the air in the room was hot and stuffy.
3)Wifi was bad. I tried multiple times to connect with the password, would not work. Then after getting help at the front desk, it still did not work well. Would constantly drop out.
4) Strange guest policy. They would not let my friend visit me since she did not have a normal Colombian ID card but from a different country. They claimed it was the law to have a Colombian ID and would not allow her to visit. I went to another hotel the next day and they checked us both in with no issues.
I would definitely not stay here again and advise you not to either. For the price, you can find significantly much better places in Bogota.
