This is actually a really nice hotel that is pretty clean.
Check in staff wasn’t very friendly, but made for a quick check in.
Got in late from a long drive, but after only sleeping for 3 hours the fire alarms went off. Was a very traumatizing experience to wake up like that, disoriented and they don’t place light switches that are easy to find. The alarms only went off for a couple of minutes (for no reason). In the event of a true emergency, I can’t imagine a quick and safe way out of the room. I fully expect some sort of compensation, the room wasn’t cheap, was non refundable and we were charged an extra $100 with no explanation of why. I am guessing just a deposit, but the guy at the front desk should have told us that upon check in.
Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel, I hope they make it right.
Anybody who books a hotel room expects a clean, safe environment to have a decent nights sleep and usually pay good money to have just that.
The only positive thing I can say was this hotel was clean.
