Strategic location
One of the best locations in the city. Definitely worth paying for a room with a sea view. Reception, lobby facilities of the hotel is nice and friendly. It's annoying that the kitchen can't prepare a breakfast package in case of early departure for a trip. The staff at the bar is professional but considerably slow, approach confusing. If we didn't order immediately after taking a seat, we were ignored. After 15 minutes I had to order a drink at the front counter.

Wifi problems
Even the other things not bad but the wifi is very bad. We cant do any our jobs work meeting or other works. It is sad. We try to tell receptionist but they answer it is problem with your phone. And thats it.

Hotel muito bom.
Hotel com uma ex excelente vista do Lago Balmaceda. Passamos o reveillon lá e foi espetacular. O hotel possui filtros de agua em cada andar para reducir o consumo de garrafaa plasticas achamos mto bom e conveniente. Quarto reformado mto bom porém a fachada do hotel e algumas mobilias da area externa estavam um pouco mal cuidadas. O pessoal do do hotel foi muito prestativo e amável o tempo todo. Esta proximo das ruas prinicpais da cidade e do porto. Gostamos muito e voltariamos.

Beautiful Views and Location!
TLDR; If it's your first time in Puerto Natales, I recommend staying here and plan on walking a few blocks to eat delicious food in town. Pros: - Beautiful + convenient location. Definitely get/request a water view. This is the best part of the hotel in my opinion. You can walk to town and get so much food in just 5min or less. - Has restaurant + bar and really nice lobby for lounging. Restaurant food was extremely average IMO, I'd just recommend going a few block away for fantastic food in town. - Free breakfast (I think this is hotel standard?), but overall wasn't fantastic. Did have fresh made omelettes which was the best part, but other was mostly different kinds of bread and spices (at least this is what I remember). - Your room will be cleaned every day unless you request otherwise. - Staff speaks great English, easy to communicate. (small) Cons: - Room amenities/service wise is relatively basic. No AC (gas heater if needed) - no fan in the room, we requested one as the only air flow is from the main window and we didn't want to have mosquitos come in at night, but they did not have a fan. That night was uncomfortably warm, but the next day we were able to leave the window open to cool the room down without the fear of bugs. It's *usually* *very* windy, so you can get insanely good airflow by opening the window. - We also requested kleenex/facial tissues which they did not have either. We were able to go to a supermarket and get some the next day.

Bom mas caro.
Hotel bom, mas caro para o que oferece. Fiquei antes de fazer o circuito W e depois, e descobri quando fiquei a segunda vez que o banheiro deveria ter um box que simplesmente estava quebrado na primeira hospedagem. Achei que era um daqueles banheiros horríveis que molha tudo porque só tem meia folha de box, mas descobri que era falta de manutenção. Todas as descargas (dos dois quartos que fiquei) tem vazamento contínuo.

Convenient location within easy walking distance to restaurants, tour operators and shopping. Hotel interior nicely updated, staff informative and helpful. Guest voices and suitcase wheeling echo through the floor hallways due to hard floor surfaces and nothing to dampen the noise. Dining room chairs need replacing or repair to prevent wobbling like a rocking chair when sat upon. In the lounge use the couches, small chairs are uncomfortable. Bar service in lounge will only serve what is on the limited bar menu, declining requests to make a basic highball.
