Hotels.com is a third-party. Just remember that.
Checked and got into room room was filthy. I had to call customer service not the hotel for customer service and they request pictures and changed rooms for me. Got into second room and same exact thing room was dirty. They did send housekeeping, but it wasn’t MGM’s it was a third-party The owner of this room or rooms did not ensure that the rooms were clean before anybody checked in.

The signature is usually great. We just happened have a room that was barely clean -lots of hair everywhere in the bathroom, stains, and things on the wall- and happened to room next to a couple that would have early morning shouting matches.

4 star rating going downhill
The room not clean Furnishings old and tattered. Carpet dirty and pulling up from the edge. Refrigerator all door inside coverings gone would freeze your water bottles. Toilet plugged up had to call the company that sub rents this unit. Not a 4 star room by any means. Very unsatisfied.

Overpriced for dirty place
Check in was great. Upon arrival to the room it was good. Furnishings are old and ragged- couch, chair couch is covered in seat covers, just like grandma's house. The cloth chair the old also. The 2nd sink closest to the toilet door doesn't drain. They had sample body soaps, tons of body lotion and hair conditioner, but no shampoo. The dirt that is collected along the wall towards the night stand carpet is gray with dirt/ dust. There is NO way that a person should be charged with the cleaning fees that we were charged when the room was/ in the condition we had it in.

Okay, but not sure we would reserve again.
First, the reservation was made thru Hotels.com, but we didn't know we were renting from a owner until after we submitted the reservation. We have previously stayed at the Signature Towers and had a great experience, so our experience this trip was a surprise. The room was okay, you could tell the house keeping was lacking. You could really see it in the bathroom. The mirror and counter top were dirty. The shower grout needs a thorough cleaning. The couch and chair were very dated and worn. The alarm clock was so old it was useless. Then, lack of wash clothes and paper products was disappointing, considering we couldn't ask the hotel for them and the owner would charge an astronomical fee if we requested anything additional. We were provided 3 washclothes for two people for a three day stay. We always use a new washcloth for every shower, as that gross to use a washcloth more than once. They would have charged us $28.xx for any additional towels. They provide one very partial box of Kleenex. There was maybe 10 in the box there was not any extra boxes provided and we would have been charged for any house keeping services. My husband and I both ended up with a cold on the trip, so I walked to the Target on the strip to purchase Kleenex. We have traveled a lot and stayed at many different hotels and VRBO's. This is the first time in my life to experience this sort of circumstances.

After staying at The Signature/Luxury Suites International on many, many occasions (previous to this stay our property of choice) we found the property on this stay to be lacking in cleanliness and care and attention to its patrons. The sinks in the bathroom were plugged with so much gross hair they would not drain, not to mention they were grossly dirty because they couldn’t properly be cleaned. A call to notify LSI created a repair ticket however over the 8 days of stay never was tended to or fixed. Additionally there was garbage debris under the kitchen sink, stains on bedside table, the brown carpet was in a very sad state, the picture over the jet tub looked like it had fallen into the tub and was just rehung. Supplies provided for our eight night stay ran short on toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap etc. rating: poor!!! The staff at The Signature registration desk don’t want to hear anything about it because The Luxury Suites International are privately owned. Recommendation: book The Signature suites so if you run into problems or have concerns there will be someone on site to help remedy.

The check in staff at Tower 2 were wonderful. That’s the only good thing about this place. The suite itself was not that good. The name luxury suites is misleading- it was anything but luxurious. There were stains on the carpet and also some of the lights were not working, including in the kitchen area. Very old and worn down.
