Epic stay (note sarcasm)
Check in was great and staff was very nice. However, it is 4am and we are currently awake listening to our neighbor snore through the paper thin walls and there’s a really awesome bright white light that blinks every 30 seconds or so mounted on the wall that we cannot shut off. On top of that, my husband found a clump of hair in the shower so the rest of us had to skip our showers. So all and all, having a blast.

Think again.
If you look at the prices of hotel stays in Flagstaff, you'll be blown away with the number of relatively low-priced offerings. I picked Hyatt Place mid-pack - hoping for a new experience. Let's get the good things out of the way first. The beds are very, very comfortable. The rooms are clean and spacious. Now, about the other stuff. (1) In Flag, it is inevitable that you're within an eyesight from a railroad. Do your homework and insist on the room with windows facing away from it (keep in mind that windows facing 4 lanes of I-40 may not be much better). (2) This particular hotel elected to have upright wall HVAC units. I have not yet witnessed a louder appliance in the room - including old-school, clapped-out, window A/C units. When this thing wakes up, it is like watching a Rolls Royce Trent aircraft engine spinning up. (3) Nickel-and-diming. The hotel prices you see are at the very least misleading. The parking isn't free ($8), the breakfast isn't, either ($16 for two of us), and there's a plethora of fees you pay. So, starting the with advertised price around $73, I ended up paying $128. If your party has multiple vehicles holding half a kindergarten, beware.

Great stay
The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had some E-bikes that they graciously stored in their luggage storage room for us. The facility is clean and comfortable! Highly recommend!

Nice stay off the main road

Great hotel cheaper to book directly
Great hotel with excellent service. Our only issue was with the Hotels app. Apparently the third party that takes the money for hotels.com took my payment, but did not send it to the property. It took 3 people and a long wait to get a room. They finally agreed to give us the room and sort out later. I spent a long time in the chat trying to sort. Found out that was cheaper if I booked directly with them.

Dog Hair Galore!
The hotel was new and the main areas were nice. The only issue was that our room was covered in dog hair. It was all over the sofa and subsequently got all over our clothes.

Great for a Family
Liked this place a lot - VERY friendly staff, the facilities were modern, new and clean. I will say The breakfast was absolute chaos, however, we got there with about 30 minutes to go and most items were out and food, plates and liquids were splayed all over the place. For some reason the pool wasn't open the first few nights, but then it was fun to splash. Overall a great choice.

Well, hotels.com completely sucks, I had the worst experience with this second hand company....but the Hyatt hotel help me out so much....I'm so grateful of Paige and lauran and I can't remember the other gentleman...they were awesome and I am forever grateful for them!

Good value for a quick stay
Booked this room for a quick stay on a cross country trip. We knew we would be checking in late and tired so thought we could have diner and cocktails in the hotel restaurant. We were very disappointed to find the restaurant was virtual and a part of the Check-in area. The wonderful lady at the counter went above and beyond to make up a charcuterie plate from ingredients she found in the kitchen to take to our room. The room was clean and spacious. Good value for the price. Centrally located but a little too far to walk to the charming old downtown area.
